AI credits power features like intelligent meeting summaries, automated email drafting, client sentiment analysis, and predictive insights. Each action consumes a small amount of credits based on complexity. Unused credits don't roll over, but you can always upgrade your plan for more.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features and we'll prorate the difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Yes! Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. At the end of your trial, simply choose the plan that works best for your practice.

What integrations are included?

All plans include unlimited integrations with major custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing), portfolio management systems (Orion, Black Diamond, Tamarac), and productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace). Our API is also available for custom integrations.

We bill monthly based on the number of active users on your account. You can add or remove users at any time, and your bill adjusts automatically. Annual billing is available at a 15% discount.

The Early Adopter Firm tier is a limited-time offer for advisory firms ready to commit to FinTurk. You get our Premium-level AI credits ($20/user/month) at a significantly reduced rate. The catch? There's a 5-seat minimum. This tier will be discontinued once we reach our early adopter capacity.

All plans include priority email and chat support during business hours (9am-6pm ET). Premium and Ultimate plans also include phone support and a dedicated success manager for firms with 10+ users.
